In the event that your equipment requires replacement parts or labour repairs, as an ESA customer you will receive "Front of the Line" priority service 24 Hours a day, 365 Days per year, no matter how hot or clod it gets.  You will also receive a 10% discount on all labour and materials.  If that's not enough, your ESA is fully Transferable should you move to a new home.  Here is the best part... How do I invest in an ESA?
To become an ESA customer is the easiest part of all.  Just choose which ESA is best suited for you and as a special offer you can guarantee that same rate for up to 4 additional years with the purchase of our Partial Pay ESA.  All that's required is a $10.00 down payment of each additional year.  The balance would then be due on the anniversary dates.  Listed below are our types of ESA's and 2007 prices. (GST is extra to all prices)
  

Heating: 18 point Precision tune-up and inspection in the fall
Cooling:  18 point Precision tune-up and inspection in the spring
Plumbing service to be performed at the time of heating/cooling tune-up
