Energy Savings Agreement

WHAT IS AN ESA?
"ESA" (Energy Savings Agreement) is an agreement between Border Plumbing & Heating and our Priority Customers. The agreement states that Border Plumbing & Heating will perform an 18 point Precision Tune-Up & Inspection on your Heating equipment and/or on your Air Conditioning equipment each year. As an added value we also provide a comprehensive Plumbing preventative maintenance program.

WHY DO I NEED AN ESA?
Everyone that owns a furnace or air conditioner needs to keep their system operating at Peak Performance. Not only will this Save you energy costs, it will help to prolong your equipment life and Prevent costly repairs. Plus, you will have the Peace of Mind knowing that your system is operating properly and Safely.

Our plumbing maintenance program consists of performing an annual inspection of your home's plumbing system to help minimize costly repairs at a later date.

In the event that your equipment requires replacement parts or labour repairs, as an ESA customer you will receive "Front of the Line" priority service 24 Hours a day, 365 Days per year, no matter how hot or cold it gets. You will also receive a 10% discount on all labour and materials. If that's not enough, your ESA is fully Transferable should you move to a new home. Here is the best part... If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, Border Plumbing & Heating will refund 100% of your money. No Risk, you can't lose!

HOW DO I INVEST IN AN ESA?
To become an ESA customer is the easiest part of all. Just choose which ESA is best suited for you and as a special offer you can guarantee that same rate for up to 4 additional years with the purchase of our Partial Pay ESA. All that's required is a $10.00 down payment of each additional year. The balance would then be due on the anniversary dates. Listed below are our types of ESA's and 2007 prices.
