I am purchasing a heating and/or air conditioning system from your company.  I am not an expert in this field and I am depending on your expertise to ensure my total satisfaction.  And you are holding yourself and your company to be responsible as an expert in the field of providing a new heating and /or air conditioning system that will achieve my total and 100% complete satisfaction.

Therefore, you agree to accept both personal and company responsibility for my complete satisfaction.  So, you agree to refund 100% of the contract price (see your attached contract) if I am not satisfied with the performance of the equipment: your service: your people: or for any other reason during my ownership of the system for the first year.

And you agree to remove the system (see your attached contract) that you installed within thirty (30) days of my request and refund the entire contract price.
